THE CHALLENGE
Student-Athletes for Educational Opportunities (SAFEO), a Washington, D.C.-based nonprofit dedicated to preparing student-athletes for academic and personal success, was launching the iBelieveU campaign. The campaign’s primary goal was to raise awareness around sexual misconduct and empower youth by giving them a voice. SAFEO needed a strategy to create awareness, engage communities, and provide educational and training programs starting in Washington DC, Prince George’s County, Montgomery County, MD, and Harlem, NY.
OUR SOLUTION
Our collaboration with SAFEO aimed to amplify the iBelieveU campaign, inspire community involvement and generate revenue for its successful rollout. Our approach included two main elements:
Brand Development: We crafted a suite of dynamic logos aligned with the campaign’s values, helping build brand recognition and generate excitement across the targeted regions.
Fundraising Strategy: We developed a comprehensive, multi-channel fundraising strategy to acquire and engage donors. This included targeted landing pages, robust social media campaigns, email marketing, and in-person events to drive awareness and support.
RESULTS
Through our branding and fundraising efforts, SAFEO successfully elevated the visibility of the iBelieveU campaign. The new branding inspired more community involvement, while the fundraising strategy helped SAFEO attract a diverse pool of new supporters, ensuring financial backing for the program’s launch.
